Colombian Wayuu Mochila

This beautiful, unique & authentic Wayuu mochila, is handwoven for generations by indigenous women from the Colombian Wayuu tribe. It takes up to 2-3 weeks of work to be complete each bag.  It was woven using a single thread technique, which makes the bag very durable and light!

Each bag has a unique design representing the tribe’s colorful life, and they are all one of a kind!

The bag has a shoulder strap long enough to be worn as a shoulder or crossbody bag. Not adjustable. It can be folded and washed easily.

care instructions – 

Hand wash or dry clean are recommended. Avoid machine wash and let it dry in the sunlight, or just hang it indoors.
